arrival in Boston by 7am.. breakfast in the Pinnacle at 6am.. the ship started its disembarkation procedure by 730am and with the help of the super staff and crew on the Volendam we were able to make our early 1025am flight to Myrtle Beach and be home by 145pm after picking up our rental car at Alamo ..
our last port today in Bar Harbor before ending this cruise in Boston tomorrow.. clouds did in the sunrise.. an early breakfast in the Pinnacle followed by all passengers reporting to US Customs and Border Patrol as we enter our last time from Canada back into the US.. we decided to go ashore on the tender at 10am before the heat of the day set in.. a nice walk about town with of course a stop for my usual Whoopie Pie and coffee at the Pink Pastry Shop.. and our last 'lobster lunch' as we stopped at Geddy's ( jetty's) for the lobster roll special with New England Clam Chowder and a slice of Blueberry pie.. we were back on the ship by 2pm and set sail for Boston by 430pm..
as always our annual '28 day Lobster Cruise- as we like to call it- did not disappoint
