on this early and kewl 30* Monday morning a nice colorful sky greeted me on the beach before sunrise... not many peeps out walking the beach with the wind out of the NNE at 15+mph..

the long drive home
after dropping our relatives off at Miami Airport at 1030am we started the long drive home ..700+ miles.. got to the Charleston Ravenel Bridge then the 2+ hours to go.. not a bad drive..light traffic north of West Palm..but in that Miami traffic all week.. whew.. and being I am not a fan of Miami or for that matter all of Florida anymore-- way too crowded with lots of traffic and a lot of lowlifes.. it was nice getting back home.. an 11 hour drive

a nice quiet morning--at the Miami Zoo
first real chance we all had to relax and get away for the entire morning.. 36* here in south Miami and Cutler Bay.. the lil' kids all wanted to head to the Miami Zoo about 20 minutes away from our rental house..
not crowded and by mid morning it was into the low 50's.. so it was --meet Leo from Mi-yami.. and more of Leo's big and lil' buddies in Mi-yami.. our nephew's 3 kids had a blast.. and so did we.. a fun day
